BUYER BEWARE!!!! We purchased a home from Weisser while we are happy with our home, the customer service you receive once you purchase a home has a lot to be desired. We are in our home over a year and are still waiting for the items on our punch list to be completed. We did our part to get it back in 10 days and have been waiting a year for them to do theirs. Phone calls are never returned. Watch if you purchase from them they don't stand behind they're guarantees.

I was very satisfied with this company they went out of their way to find the perfect home and community for my family. I don't know what the other person was saying about financing since Weisser homes has no control over the banking interest rate. They helped us get financing and then were able to get us a better rate with another bank. Over all we were able to get everything we wished for in a house at a budget we had in mind. Would purchase another home from Weisser homes again and would recommend them to anyone.

Beware before entering into any contract with this company. They promise to deliver seemingly great interest rates in order to get you to sign a sales agreement and then the rate changes. They incorporated a contingency clause for the sale of my home into the sale agrrement for one of their homes and when the sale of my home fell apart, they keep my down payment and refused to honor the contract. CONSUMER BEWARE

My house burned down and instead of rebuilding I bought a Modular Home and put it on my exisiting foundation. I got more House for the money and could not be happier. Weisser Homes was fantastic in providing information, service and explaining the options available. They knew the township laws and assisted in making my purchase and installation without any problems. Kathy and Art were my salespeople and were just fantastic. If you have never seen a Modular Home, you must visit their location. There are many models to choose from, and you will walk away amazed at the beauty and quality.
