This company has some of the most incompetent people working for them that I've ever had the pleasure of having a conversation with. They've left my family without propane twice and I was paying them $10/month with our account on 'auto refill' to assure us that it wouldn't ever happen. They honestly do not care if you and your family have to get a hotel due to their negligence. And don't think that they will compensate you for your loss either.

Terrible!! We have Trenton Propane and it has taken them 4 days to deliver propane to our house and we still hasn't been delivered after telling us each day they "will try" and finally that they are for sure coming today, and guess what? No delivery. We've been without heat or hot water for 4 days during this ice storm and freezing weather. Would I recommend. No Way!

not reliable especially when you have an emergency tank refill and certainly NO 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AS INDICATED IN THEIR AD - I've been out of gas since Friday (and its 46 degrees in my house now) and it's now the following Wednesday and they still haven't filled - albeit there was a weekend and several cold and one ice day, but still, NOT A 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AS INDICATED - they don't return your calls reliably either - no weekend service - and their billing and accounting is crap as well - 1st they sent me an offer stating that I could be billed monthly at $24/month, then when I called to take advantage of it, they said they made a mistake and would be $200/month. BEWARE
