One of the best HUD subsidized facilities I have seen within the city of Trenton. Staff is always helpful, and willing to assist. Maintenance workorders are resolved within 24 hours. Management staff friendly and outgoing. Highly recommended knowing my parents are safe and cared for.

This senior center used to be so nice and run smoothly with the previous owners years ago. Management there NEVER return your calls. They claim they never received rent checks that were dropped off in their rent mail room and Chris is never there when you try to contact her. Management needs training to run this place the way it should be run.

Absolutely the worst place to live in Mercer County. The worst Management staff with the exception of Liz. Reminders of Peyton Place. Management comes in late goes home early, does not respond to calls, Christine (Manager) is very sarcastic, and does not belong working with the public. Used to be a nice place to live, very peaceful. Now thay let anyone in. There are breakins and management claims thay cannot get involved. Thay pick on the nice people and do nothing about the ones who are causing trouble, guess thay are afraid of them. Thay need to get security here instead of paying the maintence men overtime thay do not work at the end of the year to keep there money.
