I am in my mid 40's and got seriously sick about a year and a half ago. Before this, I had used this rite aid occasionally for shopping and the pharmacy. I never had any problems but didn't have any kind of "relationship" with the pharmacists or employees. In the past 6 months, something has changed. All the people that work in the pharmacy and especially the pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help me and go out of their way to accommodate me now being disabled, on oxygen and in a wheelchair. Their kindness and help is so appreciated and as many times as I have called headquarters to let them know and actually giving them all the specific names I'm sure they have not been advised or thanked by the "higher up's". I can only do what I can do but because of them I am able to attend a retreat for disabled people. Without their help, I would be unable to go. So, everyone has time to call and complain when they have a "bad" experience but we should make the time to speak when we have a good one. Thank you Rite Aid @ 1091 S Broad St in Trenton, NJ.
