Worst service/customer service I have ever experienced. I pay for 2 day priority and it takes 6 to get it to the wrong address. Getting hold of someone, impossible. Use FedEx or UPS, save yourself the aggravation.

This postal location gets 4 stars. They're patient, kind and knowledgeable. Kudos!!Trenton, NJ downtown post office should be closed down - THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST - Starting with the postmaster!! Their employess are no better. Riduculously long lines, bad attitudes, one to two workers at a time always. This is a prime location and it's no reason for things to be this bad. Ugggh!!!! HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT! PS: Parking stinks, too. They should be under police surveillance, seems like some criminal activity goes on with the same ppl hanging out on the benches everyday.....hmmmm!
