I needed a hospital bed for my mother for home care instead of a nursing home. Spoke to Lisa several times. She explained what I needed to get from the doctor and submitted it to her insurance. Everything went smoothly. Delivery was great, the person put the bed together and took the time to explain and show us how it worked. They are understanding, patient and very easy to work with.

I used them in an emergency when my regular guy could not come out till the following week..i was just about out of power in my wheel chair. delcrest came out the next day and refused my medical cards . told me i had to pay them on the spot. out of my pocket

Mom was sick and coming out of the rehab. Dad needed my help to get her back at home and I didn't know what to do. The people at the rehab weren't any help and kept pushing me to use this place so far away. I wasn't comfortable with that so I went to Delcrest. They've been around forever and are local. I went in and they helped me get the equipment that Mom needed and worked with her insurance. They couldn't be more helpful and caring. I was also able to get a ton of things in their store to make mom more comfortable.
