- Door Installation/Replacement
- FramingBecause RCS has experience in both the metal building and HVAC industries we can identify and perfect the critical details. We coordinate the mechanical contractor's HVAC equipment details with the metal building's roof and framing layout conditions in order to guarantee proper integration. This makes RCS stand out from our competition.
- Skylight Repair/ReplacementThe most sustainable form of indoor lighting is not derived artificially from consumable energy, rather transposed via strategically emplaced daylighting solutions. This ancient technology, originating from Roman architecture as incorporated in the Pantheon, has evolved to meet the demands and requirements set forth by clients within our industry. Although the concept has been around for centuries, skylights are often avoided or forgotten due to the fact that a hole must be cut in the roof or allocated project budgets are industrialized towards forms of electrically reliant lighting. However, understanding the true value of passively transmitting the sun’s light through total system approaches by way of the roof allows the effortless and confident integration of skylights into projects utilizing simple design tools that yield significant dividends for clients beyond the obvious light conveyance.
- New ConstructionWhether your issues are related to new construction or you have issues with a pre-existing structure, RCS offers the solution to meet your needs. Some of the most common problems engineers and builders contend with when planning and constructing buildings include thermal movement, panel elevation, full perimeter support and negative pressure. Learn how RCS can expertly solve these issues with the TRAC Rail™ System.

- Window Installation/ReplacementDecades ago, manufacturing plants relied primarily on open windows and doors to naturally ventilate work spaces. Weather, location and opening sizes led to inconsistent performance that plagued air quality. Initiatives that promote worker safety led to the development of ventilation equipment that is applied to large spaces to provide a controllable environment yielding more consistent production. The size, number of occupants and use of a building determines the amount of make-up air from the outside required to properly ventilate a space. Generally speaking, most manufacturing spaces require a minimum of 4 air changes per hour (ACH) but that number can be as high as 50 depending on the type of materials and their production processes. Governance was organized by Air Movement and Controls Association International (AMCA) to establish performance and test data on behalf of consumer welfare for the component technologies that facilitate ventilation.
- Residential Roof RepairWhether your equipment is a small exhaust fan or the largest custom Air Handling Unit, RCS offers roof curbs for all applications involving conventional roofing materials. Sloped, Flat, or Warped designs are typical depending on the age and design of the building which we help you determine along with structural analysis of the curb construction with the intended equipment to ensure you are properly supported.
