History 1988 Graduated with a D.D.S. degree from University of Oklahoma 1988 - 1991 Served with the Indian Health Service in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Salt Lake City, Utah. 1991 Became a member of the American Dental Association. 1991 Established Kay B. Christensen Dental in Tremonton, utah. Dr. Kay B. Christensen D. D.S. About Dr. Christensen. Dr. Christensen attended Brigham Young University and Utah State University for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1988. Upon graduation he served three years with the Indian Health Service, a branch of the U. S. Public Health Service, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and in Salt Lake City. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and has served as an officer in the Box Elder District Dental Society. Dr. Christensen and his wife have five children and four grandchildren. Some of his hobbies include yard work, backpacking, camping, fishing, snowboarding, and rock climbing with his family.
