      Horrible customer service and refuses to help get a package in anyway. Customers are never 1st with UPS. Even other UPS stores in TC were nasty and rude. Glad USPS goes above amd beyond for customer service when they can. Horrible Window Hours also.

      Lousy hours - and trucks will not deliver if there is a dusting of snow! Use Fed Ex!
