Listed below are some of the management and accounting services that Granville Management Inc. offers.* Maintain a 24-hour emergency phone line for the benefits of all owners and guests.* Insure that Board Members have full access to the principles of the Company* Receive and log all maintenance requests in duplicate and follow through to their satisfactory completion* Design and implement a preventative maintenance program to avoid unnecessary capital expenditures* Design and implement a preventative maintenance program to avoid unnecessary capital expenditures* Oversee, obtain and negotiate bids for subcontractor for work to be performed at the Association* Annually review Association insurance requirements and obtain insurance quotes* Process all insurance claims made on behalf of the Association* Take such action as may be necessary to promptly comply with any changes in the laws governing the Associations* Work with the Associations attorney or accountant whenever necessary to handle the business matters of the Associations* Maintain and store all records and files of the Association
