Anyone can have a bad day so, we tried American K-9 a second shot. Mistake! They didn't skin her muzzle this time but the cut is uneven along her flank and no consideration or apology was offered regarding previous bad grooming experience. Also, she is now charging a $3.00 surcharge for using your debit/ credit card to pay for service. Fool me once...... Looking for another groomer!
Have been satisfied in the past with the grooming of our Maltipoo, Ellie Mae. HOWEVER, this most recent visit is a disaster! Her muzzle is trimmed too short; there is a "skinned" area over her right eye; there is a razor nick on her muzzle; uneven trim on her tear legs; etc. She looks like a damn poodle not like a Maltipoo. Very dissatisfied. We may be looking for a new groomer. The dog even looks embarrassed at her appearance!
