I am a Certified Mobile Notary Signing Agent in Pennsylvania providing signing services primarily for real estate closings. I specialize in buyer and seller closings, Refinances, Loan Modifications, and Deed Transfers. I can notarize vehicle title transfers but cannot transfer plates. I can notarize any type of documents and can come to you. My hours vary on a daily basis, so please call or text for an appointment. I maintain an office but will meet you anywhere convenient. I generally do not work on Sundays. If I don’t return your phone call it means I am not available for the time requested.
