I had Michael paint the inside of a 3 bedroom apartment in Marshall for me. It was in bad shape (collage kids) when Michael came to look at it, but he promised he could make it look new again. We walked through and he explained everything he was going to do in great detail. I was a bit worried on how much he was going to charge, because the last estimate I got before Michael, was very far out of budget. He worked a price up on his calculator and told me what he could do it for, and I was very impressed. He was about half the price of the other estimate. He informed me, that because he works by himself 99% of the time, he can be less than the rest. He began working a week and a half later (he was doing another job when he came out) and started the day he said he would. He had bought all Behr paint, which I usually use Dutch Boy, but He told me I would be much happier with Behr, and he was right. He got the drywall all replaced on the first day and once it was all mudded and sanded complete he started painting. The Behr paint he recommended was absolutely wonderful. Michael made that apartment look better than it has in probably 10 years. I've had a few different contractors over the years, but not a one, has made that apartment as beautiful as Michael's Painting and Drywall Repair did. He definitely knows what he is doing and is very good, (possibly the best) at it. I definitely will be using him for all of my painting and drywall needs at my apartments and personal property from now on. His work is absolutely stunning.
