Originally based in San Jose, Calif., Pacific Pre Cut Produce moved its 80,000-square-foot processing facility to Tracy, Calif., to be strategically located in the center of California s agricultural heartland. Pacific Pre Cut Produce provides fresh-cut produce to the Western United States. The produce line includes fruits and vegetables both conventional and organic. Deli items are provided through the company s fresh green salad kits and front case deli salads. Its bakery items include strawberries and cream trays. Vegetable and fruit products are available for restaurant and institutional environments with a variety of packs, cuts and blends. The company also coordinates programs on a national level. Pacific Pre Cut Produce was established in 1991.
