Horrible food and poor service. I got sick badly after eating my dinner over there. I went to use restroom and glanced thru the main kitchen. It was dirty & filthy.

I have called to have food delivered to me in Mountain House and was informed that there would be a $10 delivery charge as well as $50 minimum ordering. Today I called to ask if they delivered and the person said no. I then asked when they had stopped delivery service. The guy laughs and said the delivery guy is off today.

Was hoping for better...

I was told, by a very reliable source, that Sansar had excellent Indian food and their web site implied their meats would be tender, flavorful and juicy. I love Indian food and found myself very disappointed wtih my Lamb Tikka, the Cucumber Salad and the Keema Nan. The Lamb was overcooked, dry and tough. The cumcumbers in the cucumber salad were under ripe--you could taste the tart bitterness in every bite. I was also surprised at how dry the Keema Nan was. I have had Keema Nan from many Indian restaurants and it is usually quite moist. I've also had Lamb Tikka and other lamb dishes at other Indian restaurants and have had it well cooked but never that dry and tough! The flavors in the foods were good. But if you can't eat it, what's the point?
