Hair Illusions saved my life over 15 years ago. My sister had dyed my hair and to my horror, it turned out Ronald McDonald Orange. I quickly started calling salons in my area; however, it was late Saturday afternoon and no salon could take me. I called Hair Illusions and Cynthia answered the phone. I told her what had happened and she said that even though she was totally booked, to come down and let her see what was the damage. I arrived there, and she was correct, all chairs were occupied. I took off my baseball hat and everyone in the establishment was quiet...and looking at me! At that point, I lost it and started crying. Cynthia took me by the arm and said dont worry, we will fix it. Two hours later, my hair was normal again. She and Joe are the most wonderful people we know. They know what they are doing and do it extremely well. I have been going there ever since and never in my 15 years have I had a bad experience. They are absolutely fabulous!
