I have found them to be very responsive in answering my questions or handling the situation of a claim. I really trust them and feel that they got my back.

Big Valley Insurance has been really great for me especially recently after I got into a bad car accident. They handled my claim quickly and were really on top of things. My car is already in the shop and getting fixed. I have never filed a claim before but everything is moving smoothly and they really are taking good care of me. I can't stress how happy I am with them and everything they have done and my coverage has provided for me in this time of need.
