General Info

West Village 1 & Tubman House are traditional dorm style residence halls located on Towson University's campus. We are on-campus housing managed COCM for TU students. We offer double occupancy units and both buildings have a partnership of shared governance with the university. TU manages the community and security of the buildings and COCM manages the maintenance and licenses of the buildings. Our buildings house majority freshmen and sophomores. Students must have 29 credits or less to reside in West Village 1 & Tubman House 1. Applications are available on our website. We work together to continue to strive to provide the best living experience on Maryland's second largest college campus.
