After several dentist had turned me away Dr. Brett said yes. My case wasn't easy but from the very beginning he went above and beyond my expectations. He is very patient and I felt I was in the hands of someone who truly cares. I hadn't smiled for a long time and he said you will smile again. I now have a beautiful smile and I love it. Also his whole staff is great. Everyone truly makes you feel comfortable. I am so thankful I found them
Towson Smile Care is a good orthodontist. i say this because they have been with me since i was 15. i feel like they are a good company to trust and they do what they're trained to do. also they do more then just their job they make the patients feel safe and that is good. i hope they stay in business for years to come.thanks towson smile for my new and brighter smile.

My experience with Towson Smile Care has been fantastic. I have been a patient for 2 years now, ever since Dr. Brett purchased this practice. I used to travel all the way to his office that he has in Havre de Grace but when he opened in Towson I was super excited that he was much closer to me. The staff in his office are friendly, accommodating and experienced. Dr. Brett is the best dentist in Baltimore! I've been a patient at about 4 other dental offices until I found him. He is passionate about his work and is a really cool guy who loves his music. He has done crown and bridge work on me. He has also done root canals and 2 veneers. I'm not the best patient but he is very gentle and explains everything he is doing so that puts me at ease. I know they also have an orthodontist and pediatric dentist in the office. So if you are looking for a quality dental practice then look no further!!! I'm his biggest fan:)

Very pleasant dental experience. I brought my son in to see the pediatric dentist for extractions of baby teeth. She was fantastic and even started singing to him to make him feel comfortable. Her dental assistant was lovely and the front desk were great and very friendly. They take adults too so I'll be coming in soon. Thanks for a good visit. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ty Saini is the orthodontist in the office. We had a consultation with him to discuss braces for my son. He really took the time to review our case and the different options available. He has such a nice chair side manner and did a great job relating to my son and joking around with him. The staff in the office seemed really nice and friendly too.

My experience in this office was fantastic from beginning to end. I have 2 kids and they both need a pediatric dentist and orthodontist - this office has it all under 1 roof! The staff are kind, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brett did a root canal on me and it was over in less than an hour! I originally found the office on superpages.com and followed the link to their website. They have a new patient coupon at the top of their web page and if you sign up you can get x-rays and a treatment plan for next to nothing. I guess they just want to get you in the door to show you how great the office is....well it worked!!! I have my kids scheduled with their orthodontist, Dr. Ty Saini, for a consultation for braces. My kids just had their teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Sabrina, who had them mesmerized with her cool toys and stuff. They keep asking when they can come back to see Miss Sabrina. Truly a noteworthy experience and my new dental home for life. 5 stars all the way.
