Frank and Gordon are great and the only people my wife and I trust for our 2-pipe steam system. Catons Heating and Cooling installed a new boiler for us about 10 years ago but they could not get all our radiators to heat up (about 3 did not) and after trying a few things they just threw their hands up and quit on us but did not offer any kind of compensation. We got Frank's name from someone and he not only solved the radiator problems but also detected a potentially catastrophic problem with our gas delivery line that BGE subsequently confirmed then fixed. Since then we have had Frank (and Gordon) out for maintenance and for moving radiators and they were great. They really know their craft.

Gordon and Frank are true craftsmen. Our boiler system (for a 6 unit condominium) was not working properly for years and we ended up installing wall heating units in several rooms to keep our unit above 60 degrees despite the boiler being on full blast (our neighbors on the other side of the building kept their windows open all winter). Frank and Gordon did an overhaul five years ago and found significant blockages in our pipe system. Once those were free, we have been toasty warm consistently for the past five years. Every winter when our boiler kicks on for the first time, I think of Frank and Gordon and feel really blessed that we found them. I wouldn't have anyone else work on our boiler.
