Terrible rude and unprofessional. My mother ordered an arrangement for a funeral. She spent $85 dollars expecting a very nice bouquet. When she arrived at the funeral, she was embarrassed to find that her arrangement was nothing but Baby's Breath and white Carnations. "Marlene" made every excuse in the book and made no attempt at restitution.

What a complete disaster. The absolute worst customer service. The owner (woman) hung up on my very calm husband twice and was completely unprofessional when he called there to ask a question about his order. She told him "mistakes happen, you can talk to my lawyer down the street that handles my complaints", "I've been in business over 20 years, have you seen the weather outside?", and "we have over 200 orders Mr. ****, we are dealing with it" CLICK--she hung up on him!!! Again!!! What an unprofessional, totally self important business owner. Save yourself the disgust and hassle. Don't give this business your money!!

The only good thing to say is she was on time.

All else was bad. She argued with me about what I wanted. then delivered wrong items - NOT what was in the photos - a basket instead of a box - red roses instead of white and blue and red instead of red, white and blue.

AGAIN I BEG U to go to somewhere else.

I got an arrangement delivered to my work for my anniversary, it was the sweetest smelling and most beautiful arrangement I've ever gotten.

My birthday was a while ago and I thought it was going to be just another boring and dull birthday when my mom got home and brought in these BEAUTIFUL Rainbow roses. The most amazing flowers I had ever seen, they were from Marlene's Floral. I had to go in and thank Marlene myself, she was kind and very hospitable.

I ordered the Daisy daydreams basket for a friend after surgery. She sent me a a picture of it and boy was I impressed!! It looked just like the picture!! No substitutions! Great size for the price! Simply beautiful!! Thank you so much!!
