Country Fresh Mushroom Company was established in 1925 as Wilson Mushroom Company. The company has annual sales of more than 50 million pounds of mushrooms. Country Fresh Mushroom has a base network of mushroom customers throughout approximately 35 states. The company offers a variety of mushroom products, such as fresh, bulk and quick-blanched white, portabella and shiitake mushrooms. Country Fresh Mushroom also provides heat-and-serve mushroom foods, such as Bella burgers, bacon and cheese stuffed portabellas, and crab and cheese stuffed portabellas.
