Lots of changes in staff, not for the good. No knowledge of products .When this store opened it had great customer service, attention to detail and people who knew how to run a business and look out for the # 1 rule in retail, Keeping your customers happy. Did they sell the store? Or hire The young bald fellow and the heavy kid? What happen to the female manager? She was great? Well ,What ever happened not a good move on their part. Bad service, very unprofessional, they say they have the lowest prices. BEWARE.

Wow!Breath of fresh air. Finally, a store that has staff with wine knowledge.Low prices, great service, very clean and organized. Always someone there willing to help, even carry out my packages (my back thanks you!!). Bottom line great prices, great service, good selection.Since they have opened I am aware how much I have been over charged over the years.. Welcome to Torrington!!!
