Horrible Dealership, Very Unprofessional, including all Management!! Service department has the worst customer service reps, including the Cashiers with a horrible attitude and not helpful at all, the girls dont have the correct knowledge of the Auto service industry. Not to mention staff at this dealership have no respect for one another by the way they speak to fellow co-workers. How do u think they will treat your vehicle while being serviced??? Dont waste your time with this dealership!!!!

Marvin Cabrera is the BEST service advisor at Torrance Toyota. I have followed him from another dealer & trust no one else w/my car! I need my car for work & carting my 3 y/o around, and he makes sure it's safe and running in top shape w/o a huge price-tag. He's trust-worthy, knowledgable & professional. He knows my cars inside and out! Go see Marvin Cabrera or no one else!

Just want to recommend that you see Mark Tomaino if you go to this dealership. He made a complicated transaction (to me) simple and fast. The price was very competitive and everybody just was really nice and not pressure-ey.

You can get an oil change for the same cost as Jiffy Lube (about $35), and they throw in a car wash, too.
