This apartment used to be okay couple years ago but since they changed all the managers, everything changed. You can simply walk around the place and see how managers are not doing their job. You see dog poos everywhere; complain against crazy neighbors is not taken care of; mostly, these managers do not respond to your needs. One time, I had to contact the manager three times just to have someone come over to my place to fix the microwave. Compared to how much money you pay for the place, it is just not worth it. There are so many vacant units and that explains why you should NOT rent there. If people living there are leaving for various reasons, just look for other places and I can gurantee you, you will be pleased.
