Once you have "signed", even as a long-term client, they are extremely rude and make it very difficult to terminate the membership - suddenly required to give two months notice which ends up being closer to three, by "registered mail" !! and by personally relinquishing the id card rather than simply deleting the client number as any other business does - by phone. This means that you can't use the facilities after notifying, but they contiue to extract payment for up to three months afterwards!!! No acceptance of email termination either, [are they in the dark ages or simply manipulative?] though they have an email address posted on the website. Arbritary reductions in hours of operation, and "changes" to other schedules are also quite frustrating. Inability to actually meet with your personal trainer, who is "overscheduled" and too busy so sessions are constantly "re-booked" - beyond the refund "date"- after having paid in full of course [hundreds of dollars].
