Kansas Titles & Registration Bureau is a subdivision of the Kansas Motor Vehicles Division, which is part of the state's Department of Revenue. The bureau is responsible to licensing and registering vehicles and drivers operated in the state, and owned by citizens of the state. This is done on an annual basis. A fee is charged to the vehicle owners, and a license plate tag is issued for the vehicle. Kansas Titles & Registration Bureau is located in the state building, Topeka, Kan.
