Reviews
The worst company I have ever dealt with. My granddaughter "published" a book through them. They messed up my credit card number and sent a very harsh letter as if I were a dead beat. After reaching them by phone they took payment on the same credit card (12/5/11). Now (12/27/11) I receive a letter from a collection company stating they are now charging 10% interest on the amount I already paid. The collection agency number is a recording stating they will call back. I have been on hold (a recording) with Nationwide Learning LLC for 35 minutes and still holding as I write. I will make a complaint with my granddaughter's school and never do business with this company again.

This is the worst company to do business with!! I paid this company with a check for my child's picture in February and they did not try to cash the check until the end of June. I closed the account in May due to divorce and then they sent me to a collection agency. I think 5 months for cashing a check is a bad business practice. Somebody in accounting is not doing their job.
