The worst customer service ever! And even when I report it to a manager, no one cares! Kept asking me "if I was a regular Walmart customer!" I am 58 yrs. old, I've lived in N. Topeka all my life and I probably shop at Walmart on the avg. of 4-5 times per week. DON'T ASK ME IF I"M A REGULAR WALMART CUSTOMER!! Listen to my complaint and try to fix it. Manager didn't even ask who gave me the poor customer service. Just made me feel like I was in the wrong. ALL I"M saying is, if you will allow people to go in the Express Lane with a full cart for cigarettes, then you should have a sign up there saying so!! How are people supposed to know. I don't buy cigarettes there regularly, unless it's absolutely necessary. And tonight it was a necessity........and all I get is poor customer service and a snotty manager. I don't have to shop in Walmart 4-5 times per week. I don't have to spend my money there. Evidently you do NOT care about treating your customers right!!
