This place is a joke - I only gave it one star because it's the lowest rating you can choose - it deserves a minus ten stars. I called and called after finding it listed as a "Kirby Authorized Dealer" online. Finally, a man called me back and said "sorry, I was outside when you called." It was extremely strange, but I really needed my Kirby repaired so I agreed to bring it in. I found the address and arrived at an old rickety building that looked to be abandoned but I went in. When I told him I had to come back later to pick it up because I was in a hurry, he begged me to stay and let him fix it now and pay now. I told him I'd be back the next day at 5:15 and left. As I went out the door, he left too and started walking down the street. So weird. When I came back, I had to yell "Hello?" to get him to come to the front. Then he hit me with a $108 bill he said would only be $50 in the beginning. I noticed that the bag had been replaced with a more worn and filthy one with stains all over it. I was so creeped out by this weirdo that I dropped a check and pretty much ran out the door with my vacuum. When I got home, I opened the vacuum up and all the parts inside were still the old ones - he totally ripped me off by charging me for $100 worth of new parts. I should have known he didn't have new parts stocked by looking around at the filthy and disgusting place he called a shop. I checked my bank account the next morning as saw that after I left at 5:20 he ran to my bank and cashed my check before they closed at 5:30. Stay away from this place, this guy is a creep that's desperate for money and extremely unprofessional. Total rip-off. Take your Kirby to another town for repair if you must.
