My husband and I have been patients for many years..at the old offices at the Family Practice at St. Francis and the new offices at Tallgrass Immediate Care. . We are very pleased with the care and concern that all staff members give to their patients. These offices are well staffed, well maintained. I would recommend Tallgrass Immediate Care to those needing dependable, knowledgeable and thorough treatment. Ex: For 30+ years my blood pressure was uncontrolled by several doctors. The staff has over grown their concern for patience. I guess it is just a job at least to them. I was a patient that got looked at and had to pay for what I call poor care. So I guess they got me in and out and got paid. Following their only sugestion I suffered for a week until I went to the emergency room. There I found out it was much more seriour as well as the staff kept noting that the care I recieved from Tallgrass should have been more complete. Not only was the care and treatment poor but I wouldn't have had to deal with the pain for near as long. I believe I will avoid Tallgrass like the plague they have become.
