HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even over the phone they can't muster up enough curtousey to be polite. I called this station, roughly 5 min. ago from this very phone, and asked a simple price question about the gas. I would have understood had she politely explained to me that she is not allowed to give that information out, but before I could even complete my question she cut me off and in a rude quick tone said, "I can't tell you that." With an added emphasis on "you." As if somehow I wasn't good enough to receive this information. Then when I asked her, "Just curious, but, why are you not allowed to tell me?" she just slammed the phone on the hook, and I know she slammed it because she missed the first time and said, "s**t" as she completed her task of hanging up on me. If all BP employees are of this "high" quality around here I would rather pay gas off on a credit card than a BP card!
