Balanced Property Management is a full service residential, commercial and investment property management company serving Northeast Kansas. We understand that renting a home or office space can be stressful, for both property owners as well as tenants. Our goal is to provide balance in the lives of each of our clients. While our normal hours are Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, we are willing to do weekend appointments upon request.
