I was having a lot of problems with my agent of 20 years when a friend of mine that has insurance with ABK said I should call to see if they'd be more accomodating. I'm glad I followed her advice! Thank you to the ABK staff for always being ready to help me anytime I call in.

Anytime we have a problem or question, the staff never gives up until they solve our problem to our satisfaction. I've never had another insurance agent like that in my life.
