It's been a great place for me and my mom to live!

The office staff is nice and very willing to work with you if you are having problems paying rent, but there is no playground for children, or really any grassy area for kids to play on, it often has dog doo doo on the few grassy areas there are. When we first moved in the appartment was disgusting, the floors werent vaccumed, in the closets we could smell cat food strongly, the toilet, sinks, bathroom mirror and shower were filthy. We were told thats what the deposit is for- for them to hire someone to clean the place. We had to clean the kitchen, bathroom vaccuum and shampoo the floors ourselves. It also smelt horribly, we have been there almost 4 months and we are still working on the smell. I think the only good thing is the office staff and the vaulted ceilings.
