First this company didn't put the right bank account info in their system, when I didn't see the payment post to my account I called and was told it had not been returned. Next payment due they took more than agreed, and again on the payment after that. I called they told me I was getting charged for a return fee and a late charge, I said II never saw a payment post and I didn't put the wrong account in, they told me because I signed a contract that they typed up and one # was missing from the bank account it is my fault they put the wrong account in and would only refund me the late charge not the insufficient fee, plus I had to call back 3 days in a row just to get that. As if they aren't charging me enough already they won't own up to their mistakes and swindle you out of a little more, and help themselves to your account! no stars had to put one to post!!
