GUSANO'S PIZZERIA DOING IT CHICAGO STYLE! Gusano's Chicago-Style Pizzeria began in July 2004, in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was the idea of Ben Biesenthal, President, and founder of Gusano's. Ben grew up in Chicago and later moved to Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He never lost sight of his love for his hometown pizza.
