I believe that these probably the nicest apartments in town. However, don't expect them to keep their promises concerning your money. If you are promised that you will get money off rent if they don't have time to clean before you move in, get it in writing. Their promise does not seem to matter. We did not get anything. Then, even though we had to clean to move in and cleaned when moving out, including shampooing all carpets several times, we still got NONE of our deposit back. If your money and time matter, either don't move in or don't bother cleaning. You won't get it back anyway.
