We needed tile for a bathroom and wanted to use our small town store instead of giving our business to one of the larger stores in surrounding area, worse mistake we have ever made. The custormer service was horrible We wanted grey tile and their sales person gave us some samples to take home and we chose one. They schedule a time to lay it and when I came home the tile was carmel color. My husband had to do all the calling and met with their distributor and was told he could go to their distribution sales center and pick out new tile. Midwest iniformed us to prevent further delay to take a truck and pick it up. Tile guy finished on Friday morning did not clean off tile and we received a bill on Saturday without any discount the distributor gave to Midwest past on to customer. Will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Customer Service is everything to me and they do not care about the customer.
