Eye exam was very short and did not seem thorough enough given my history. Customer service was bad and - left feeling angry and stressed.

Was not impressed with service i received. my exam was rushed a bit. My eyes were watering the whole time and it didnt feel like he diagnosed my vision properly. After visting this place i started experencing double vision thru out the day now. I only chose this location because my insurance would pay for the exam and one pair of glasses--which were slim pickens to choose from. When i went to get contacts also there was also a yearly service fee i had to pay as well so i could continue to get contacts in the future. then they try to sell me an outrageous replacement fee in case the glasses broke. I think i go back to my old eye doctor that i've gone to for 20 years and pay out pocket for everything.

I am only giving this two stars, because the optometrist was really nice. However the experienced was really soured by the more then rude customer service! The "lady" that was supposed to help us was so condescending and rude that I left the store absolutely astounded. First of all she never approached us while we were looking for glasses. Once we found the glasses for my son which we liked, she wanted to insist that they are too tight on his head (there was actually a space between his head and the frames).

Then she wouldn't mention that they give a discount on the second pair of glasses (I was told that by the first lady, when we first came in). Only when I mentioned it did she apply the discount. When I gave her my card to pay, she turned it around and had to ask "if this was a rockstar signature". I am a 40 year old woman who came to get glasses with her son, so I really don't know what she meant with that comment.

After that I asked her what the strength of his new glasses is and she told me that it is not too high. So I asked again what the strength or dioptrie is. She then snapped and asked me if I wanted her to write me a prescription. Again I did not understand that. All I wanted to know is how bad his eyes were. Eventually she gave me the numbers...

It is only once we paid and left that I realized that she never offered anti-glare lenses etc.

So all in all I regret spending my money there and will certainly never do so again.

Terrible customer service

Blatntly refused to give me my contacts I paid for. The women who work there are all very rude! Especially JACKIE & TINA! I wasted 150$ and my glasses broke a day later they were so cheap. Also never received contacts. And the 1 box u did receive was the wrong prescription. I would like to c this place shut down their thieves. I would never recommend anyone go here. One of the WORSE customer service exoeeiences I've ever had. Not to mention they don't greet you and you'll be standing around for ten minutes before anyone acknowledges you. I made a 10am appt and wasn't seen until 11. Nobody checked up on me or apologized. Terrible busisness.

Lack of customer service

Customer service is lacking. Waited a month to get my contacts. After my husband got his glasses w/o the transition lenses he ordered, it took another two weeks to get those redone correctly. No apology or anything. No communication from them. I had to constantly hound them. We spent $1,300 and this is the customer service we received. Plus, we have been customers for years.
