Awful - i bought a colorful liner and it COMPLETELY faded in 4 months with Bromine. We had our other color liner for 7 yrs and it faded very little. The manufacturer will credit us but it has to go through Leisure Living. I sent the email and sample on 9/12 and its now 2/2 and Im getting the run around - even though the manufactoer will credit us - Leisure Living has not followed up and I have to keep emailing calling. I even have PROOF in an email that they said they would credit. Awful company - do not buy from.

Had one of their pool covers for less than two years. Used for a month in the spring and a month in the fall. Started to deteriorate. Emailed and waited. Then sent requested pics twice. Supposed to have an 8 year warranty with two full years. Repeated emails but no response. Started December 3rd and now it's the 19th. Two promised deadlines missed. Debbie Schultz used to respond but not anymore. Be warned!

To give one star is generous. The customer support here is non-existent. I order an 18ft winter cover that was advertised to be 21 foot. It arrived and is barely big enough to cover the pool. I contacted customer support, and at their request sent pictures of the pool cover and never heard back from them. A week later I sent an email back to the customer service rep and again haven't heard back from the, Terrible company!

Bought a Rocky's Easy Roller 3A Portable Reel (Solar Cover Reel). The sales person stated a "Full 10 Year Warrenty. However when I received the unit the warranty card states at the bottom "Caster, Tubing and Consumable items & Strapping are not covered under this warranty." Well the salesperson NEVER mention this. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE.....Deceiving and deceitful.

The worst company out there. Rude rude people . Liers , stole my money, never sent my product and as their web site stated 1-2 days its been 2 months and now we have lawyers involved with the company. We found out that they have been ruining a scam online. Do your research . On this company. Several complains and after talking with others found they were ripped off also

I ordered a pool cover for my above ground pool and expected it to be shipped out within 1-2 business days as their website states. I called them after 3 days and was told it should go out that day and I would receive a tracking email. 4 days after that I called again and was told then it was to go out that day and I should receive a tracking email within 24 hours. (so it took a week at least to get it out). This company is the hardest to get a hold of. You sit on hold forever if you're actually able to get through the constant busy signal. Then the couple men I've talked to were very rude and didn't really care to help me. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!

i.e.Don't do business with this company! They do not stand behind their products. I ordered 10 solar rings and after having them in my pool for 1 day - they prevented the water flow to my filter so my pool was filthy. When I tried to return them they said I could not because they had been used. What kind of company won't let you return a product when it doesn't work? I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!, A local favorite, or highly recommended because
