Purchased a battery for my Samsung 5 Active phone while traveling and found it didn't hold charge properly. Talked with Joe/manager and he said he would send me a replacement asap.....and HE DID! Excellent customer service... He jumped thru hoops getting it to me via the post office as well....highly recommend store. Guess sometimes new batteries can be "bad".....

These guys are escalating there prices daily, 2 days ago I get a quote for 170, then today 265, to fix a crack, if you want your glass on cell to be fixed your gonna spend 250 to 350, my windshield on car was not that much.

Dropped my brand new Galaxy S5 as I was getting out of the car, fell to the ground and broke into what seemed to be a million pieces!!!!! Took it to AT&T, they recommended I take it to CPR because I did not buy the insurance. The guy that helped me (Will) was very nice and gave me a few options for repairs. He explained in detail what they were going to do to fix it, which I thought was cool. I chose the least expensive option. My phone was done in about 2 hours. It looks great! I'm really happy I went here.

I just lost my dog to a long illness and had pictures on my phone that I thought I would never get back. Verizon sent me to CPR to try. I had spilled coffee on my phone and it would barely turn on. Took it in to CPR and they were very upfront about the process and the success rates. After a couple days I got my phone back and my pictures of Charlie. Not all of the functionality of my phone came back, I still can not use the speaker, but I was able to get the most important thing the pictures, they are priceless to me. Thank you CPR!

These guys don't know what they're doing. They make you sign a waiver because they know they can't do a good job. They could not fix my charging port, then sold me some overpriced garbage to make up for it. When I tried to get my money back, they refused. Not a good way to do business. Do yourself a favor and put that $100 towards a new phone and save yourself the time and money.

I was just in getting a replacement for the glass on my phone which had shattered. The customer service was great and they had my phone fixed the same night for a reasonable price. Just prior to my stop here, I was at me cell dealer,Verizon, who had told me that they couldn't do anything for me since I wasn't ready for an upgrade so I would have had to pay full retail for a new phone. Coming here saved me $400 replacing just the glass over getting a new phone! I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the future.Thank you!!!

Great place. Customer service was the best I have had in a long time, any where. The guy that helped me was Zach. My phone was not turning on at all, they looked it over and it turned out to just be the battery. Got my phone working again for only $30. The battery test did take a while, but it was worth the half hour wait.
