Great furniture so many colors and quality to chose from . Very friendly and helpful salespeople. Just loved everything in the store

The quality of the furniture is fine. I do not have any complaints with that. My problem began when a door to my entertainment cabinet broke. I happened to be in the store shopping for another piece of furniture when I mentioned to the salesperson that I had a broken door. They checked my account and told me that the piece was still covered under the warranty and would be free. I was thrilled and based on that I would have given them 5 stars. The problem is that it has now been 11 months and I still don't have the door. I have called several times and each time it is a different story. Each time they tell me they will reorder. The last time I was told I should have in 7 to 10 days. Still waiting. I suggest that anyone who is considering buying from them check the internet. There a more reviews like mine. The quality of furniture is fine. It's the customer service that is not after you have paid for your merchandise.
