The concept of sangha or spiritual community is one of the foremost concepts in yoga philosophy. We all come to yoga looking for something. We are all spiritual seekers. We can be lone seekers in the world, but ultimately we need each other to succeed. We at Sangha Yoga aim to provide a place of community for our local spiritual seekers. Classes in yoga asanas (postures) and yoga philosophy are offered at various levels to attempt to meet the needs of all of our students. We are dedicated to offering a sacred space to support and empower our students and community. Everyone is welcome ~ We look forward to serving you!
