I ordered a kitchen set and storage bench which arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The kitchen set is beautiful and the bench is perfect. They both arrived in the time they promised. I definitely would go back to Gelco and recommend it to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience working with Gelco Furniture. I placed an order to fix my beach home, and it has been a pleasure. A maple glazed bedroom set and a custom dining set I ordered. I received the delivery last week and it is more than what I could have imagined in my home...fits perfect and the quality is all real wood, made so well! Very nice sales girl that was very knowledgeable and helpful...Great place, will use again -ArtyK

They promise a delivery time of 6-8 weeks, but you can safely expect it to be a minimum of 14 weeks. And after that, the items arrive in a box that you assemble yourself. For the prices they charge, furniture should come assembled. In my case, pieces in the box were broken so we are now up to 4 months waiting for a piece of furniture, and they have never once in that 4 month period called with an update or returned one of our phone calls.

Ordered 5 stools. They messed up the order, would not take ownership of the error they made, inconvienced me, never apologized or tried to "right" it. Saleswoman very, very rude. Still don't have my stools but they have my money! Never, never again.

Ordered a custom bookcase in January. Was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. No contact from store for 3 months. Have had to call store repeatedly. Phone calls never returned. Still don't have piece of furniture. Worst customer service I have ever received. Had my new house built faster than they have built my bookcase.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered my furniture in January 2013 and still have not received it. They gave me the "showroom" set to use but the table and chairs don't match and the buffet is missing a light. And my arm chairs still are not in! I have requested them to take their floor model out of my house. I did not recieve my order in the time stated. They are rude and now the "owner" won't take my calls. I wouldn't buy a dog house from them!

Do not recommend. They promise complete satisfaction. Waited over 3 months for furniture and when it finally arrived it was assembled wrong. Did not want to take ownership. Upon pressing to have furniture corrected they at first hung up on me, then my son-in-law. After visiting the store to get them to fix the furniture they were nasty and disrespectful. Very disappointed. Will never recommend them or ever order from them again.

Furnished my ENTIRE home from Gelco. Amazing quality, got everything to look the way I wanted it, and it came faster then they told me :) They are a very friendly staff and so helpful! Love Gelco!

Gelco has beautiful furniture. I was so excited when I ordered mine. I was told in the store that it would arrive in 6 weeks and the contract guaranteed delivery before 99 days. Here I am 4 months and 120 days later with an empty kitchen. I'm sure my funiture will be great when it gets here, but I'm not sure that it's going to be worth the wait. I've been given the run around every time I call the store...it's a long drive from the warehouse in California...the warehouse was closed for ten days for Easter. I could have built the furniture myself by now. I do not recommend using Gelco for your furniture.
