This company used to be fantastic when it was run by the owner. Now, the employees are disrespectful to customers and could care less about the business. In addition, their records are inaccurate and incomplete. I would not recommend using this company if you have another choice.

had a small scare thought we may have contracted bed bugs so i panicked and called this company to make an appt...called action termite and pest control in toms river because they have a dog that will come to your house and smell any hidden bugs...CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Scheduling was super easy and they came out fast due to the fact we have small children as a courtesy and the girl who came to the house with the dog boomer was beyond excellent and professional....gave us alot of information and most importantly she was honest with us....she told us we did not have bed bugs after dog check and visual check. Im happy with there service but hope i never need them to come here ever again lol but if i do i would call them up first.

Action did a good job the first time around for the original treatment. After that, the "follow up inspections" which are done yearly, were always an adventure. In 4 years of follow up inspections, they showed up way late twice, and twice did not show up. No call to say they were cancelling - nothing. When you call them to ask what's going on, you're always put on hold, and they come back with some hogwash story. Personally, if it were not for the fact that an inspection must be done yearly to keep the warranty in effect, I'd tell this bunch to "go pund rock salt." I cannot recommend them.

The company was very knowledgeable the guy that showed up was very nice and took his time. The only problem I had was I was told he would be at my house between 1-4, at 3:45 pm I had to call the co. to find out where he was. They said he was running late, but they never called me to say that. He finally showed up around 5 or so.
