Not only does it take months to get an appointment, then when you finally do, they call a few days before to reschedule. Then you arrive at your rescheduled appointment and wait more than an hour. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with their processes. If the group is that busy, they should have fewer appointments or stop accepting new patients.
