Dr. McNeill was wonderful with our son, he had chronic ear infections and worked with us until we were comfortable. He offered a variety of treatments from least aggressive to more aggressive. We chose to have tubes put in and we were so happy with the experience and have had no problems. Dr. McNeill was gentle and caring and we so pleased with our experience and treatment. I would highly reccommend him. He even checked my ears at my sons appt. (no additional charge) when I was feeling like my son might have given me his virus!!

During our second visit to the office I asked the lady at the desk why I should have to pay my co-pay for the second time at their office since the first we were simply told to come back. She made the comment that if we didn't like it would could always go somewhere else. The comment being made rudely, and completely took me over board. I had to restrain my self from making any further comments. I only needed to be told what she first told me, they charge any time an exam is done, basically my 2 yr old's mouth being opened for 5 seconds and being told to come back in a month. However, I would have gotten over this since I only want the best decision for my child. I will never go back simply because the lady at the desk suggested it.

He was wonderful with my daughter.He out tubes in her ears and she has never been better!!!
