Super outfit!

Dogs chewed up the wiring harness on our adjustable bed, just as my wife needed it for post-surgery comfort. Called Action Furniture, and Michael came out, assessed, then repaired the bed in just a couple of hours.

One trip, all done! They will be our go-to for all things furniture in the future!

Update: A lady from their office called this morning and explained that they had a lot of illness in their famoly and things have not run like normal. Rooms to go has given them the run around about the parts and they are now ordering parts from Macy's. They want us to wait another 3 weeks!! We agreed (like idiots). If they fix our recliner I will remove the review. I'm so angry right now.

Horrible! Mike came to our house in mid Dec 2017, we paid him 1/2 the total cost $270 ish. It is now 3/9/2017 and he has yet to return to fix our recliner. He never keeps us updated. We have to call him and our last 3 emails have gone unanswered. We have demanded our money back as of today an no long want to use his company.
