this dealer has a reputation for dissatisfaction from customers. He is charming, and gracious till the sale is made and even sells machines that he is not authorized to sell. Let the buyer beware.

I am so angry with Tomahawk Sew and Vac .. needed a small screw for my serger, left the entire part there on 12/16, stopped in several times since, finally called and requested that he mail my part back to me so I could use the machine at least with 1 needle, got the thin white envelope in today's mail and of course with no padding or protection around a small piece of metal, the envelope was empty! Now the serger is worthless! .. would I recommend that business, don't think so!!!!

I recently purchased a Babylock Elissimo from the Sew N Vac and it is the most spectacular machine, they showed me how to use it as it had many more features than my former machine, then had a vacuum repaired and for the first time in years it runs as it should. The service was fast, the staff is very courteous, and helpful. Look forward to doing more business here.
